No cure, no pay

All repairs are carried out on a no cure, no pay basis. In exceptional cases, when we are not able to repair your motors, no fee will be charged. Depending on our agreement the repair will either be shipped back to you or recycled in a responsible manner.

No, our repair work is carried out in our workshop. We cannot repair motors on-site.

Yes, we offer an exchange service where we can provide a replacement motor. This service is available for products that we have in stock. If you have a damaged motor and need a replacement, we can assist you with our available inventory.

Yes, we can repair motors up to a maximum weight of approximately 500 kilograms. If the motor is larger or heavier than this, we may not be able to perform repairs. In that case, we recommend contacting us for more information.
