By filling in a Fault description or RMA form, our specialists can work in a more focused way and the processing time is faster.
No, we do not charge a higher rate for specials. Sometimes we repair on an after-calculation basis. We do the post-calculation mainly in the case of projects. This is then discussed with you in advance.
This varies per repair. Among other things, we depend on the available components required for the repair. Please discuss this with Sales who can advise current average lead times.
In some cases this is possible, but as it concerns special modules, mostly not.
