That depends on the module and the severity of the defect. No exact time frame can be given for this. We will do our upmost to return the repair as soon as possible.
The rates for emergency repair differ per module, please contact our sales department. They can often provide a price indication immediately.
Nothing. All our repairs are on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. The chances of us not being able to repair your product are minimal. Of all our repairs, 93% are successful. If your product is beyond repair, we can dispose of the product in an environmentally conscious and responsible manner at your request.
An emergency repair is processed immediately upon receipt. A standard repair will be dealt with after the then current waiting time. For the current waiting time, please contact our sales department.
Yes we can come on site, but not for repairing modules. This should be done in our workshop. However, we offer a number of on-site services. Please see our Field Service page for these or speak with our Sales Team to discuss.
