Our exchange service is often called on to be 'up and running' again as soon as possible. We then exchange the broken electronics for a refurbished or new item that we have in stock. If your machines are running again, send the broken item to us for repair, and we will overhaul the item. Of course, the option for exchange service does depend on our current stock.

If your Lenze electronics need to be repaired urgently, but we do not have stock, our emergency repair service is a good alternative. We are ready to help you out of any fix, 24/7, so you can quickly get your production lines up and running again.
