If we have an available engineer, the correct information has been provided, and the quote has been approved, we can come to your location fairly quickly, depending on the distance and travel time.
The costs for our Field Service engineer are calculated per half-day. One half-day represents 4 hours of work. These costs do not include travel expenses and reporting fees. For a PROFIBUS or PROFINET analysis, additional reporting fees apply.
No, the costs for our on-site service are calculated based on post-calculation.
No, we do not perform repairs on electronic modules on-site. Repairs are exclusively carried out at our repair centres. However, we are capable of repairing physical connections on-site.
