Free collection service

Repair

We will provide you with a quotation and pick up your defective electronics. After your approval, we will repair the item for you.

This service applies to:

  • All industrial electronics

  • Packages from the EU

  • Packages with a maximum weight of 25kg

  • Packages with maximum dimensions of 75*55*50 cm (LWH)

  • Pallet shipments are not included in this service

When is a shipment considered a pallet shipment?

A shipment is considered a pallet shipment when it exceeds 25kg or if a product is fragile/breakable and requires extra secure packaging.

  • If you still have a pallet shipment to be collected, ask our staff about the options via the contact form.

Conditions for the free collection service:

To ensure the collection service runs smoothly, we ask you to consider the following conditions:

  • Packaging requirements:

    Your industrial electronics must be securely packaged according to UPS packaging guidelines.

  • Collection schedule:

    • We aim to collect the package the day after receiving your request.
    • Ensure the package is ready for pick-up at 08:00 AM.
    • Collection takes place only on working days between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Collection attempts:

    UPS will make up to three attempts to collect the package. If all attempts fail, you must contact our sales team again.

  • RMA form:

    Ensure that the RMA form is both inside the package and clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Disclaimer

UNIS is only liable for damage to and/or loss of your electronics up to a maximum of the repair price. If your package is not properly packaged (according to the conditions of UNIS and/or the carrier), UNIS is not liable for any compensation.
