UNIS Group has extensive experience in repairing CNC control units.

When the repair is completed the CNC control unit will be, if possible, tested.

Testing of CNC electronics consists of:

  • Testing communication connections

  • Testing parameter memory

  • Testing I/O, when installed

  • Testing monitors in combination with the control unit

  • Testing safety boards

  • Endurance tests

  • Testing extra encoder input connections with an encoder simulator

Fixed prices

After the electronic part has been received, you will receive a quote. We have a database consisting of over 300,000 different industrial electronics, each with their repair price. The repair price is fixed. You know in advance the amount you have to pay.

No cure, no pay

All repairs are carried out on a no cure, no pay basis. In exceptional cases, when we are not able to repair your electronics, no fee will be charged. Depending on our agreement the repair will either be shipped back to you or recycled in a responsible manner.

Up to two years warranty

You receive up to two years warranty on all repairs and exchanges.

Urgent repairs

Has your production process come to a halt due to defective electronics? Urgent repairs ensure that your production process is restarted as soon as possible.

No, you will not be charged for this. All our repairs are carried out on a ‘no fix, no fee’ basis. 93% of all the repairs we perform are successful. If your product cannot be repaired, we can dispose of it for you in an environmentally conscious and responsible manner at your request. 

Yes, we can. We offer a 24/7 emergency service outside office hours and on weekends.
