During a PROFIBUS analysis, we conduct the following checks:
  • We measure your network using PROFIBUS analysis tools.
  • We test all PROFIBUS connections with an earth tester.
  • We check the resistance of PROFIBUS cables.
  • We read the master to thoroughly analyze the overall system.
The most common problems we encounter are:
  • Physical issues with modules, such as faulty components.
  • Low voltage
  • Incorrect or wrong connections
  • Improperly connected cables between modules.
The duration of the resolution depends on the nature of the problem, but it is possible for it to be resolved on the same day. If it takes longer than the same day, we also offer the option for you to address the problem yourself with the help of our analysis and advice.
Yes, after a PROFIBUS analysis, you will always receive a report. In some cases, this report is handed over on-site, but unfortunately, this is not always possible. For more comprehensive reports, we deliver the report - including all analyses - at a later time.
Yes, we offer the option for 24/7 monitoring, which is achieved by installing a module that continuously monitors your processes.
