Problem solved: Discontinuity in the production process due to understaffing in the TD

Finding the right skilled workers is becoming increasingly difficult. One of the consequences is understaffing in technical departments. We see this every day in practice.

Due to a shortage of well-trained personnel within the technical department, many jobs are simply left undone. Untidy control boxes, clogged filters and a lack of correct electrical modules and components in stock. These are just a few examples of what we see every day. Though it may very well be the logical result of understaffing, it is also very risky. These are all aspects that could eventually cause discontinuity in the production process.

Urgent preventative action is needed

The more precautions that are taken, the lower the risk of problems that could cause downtime. A little dust in a control cabinet could quickly accumulate, increasing the risk of an electronics failure and/or a fire unless it is cleaned regularly and on time. Broken and out of stock parts means downtime for your production process, unless the correct parts are at your site or reserved for you in our warehouse. In other words, preventative action is urgent.

Full service support

At UNIS Group, our field service engineers provide support in a variety of areas. Support for tasks that your own technical department cannot manage to find the time for. This could include repairing an acute malfunction, assisting with breakdown services or periodic maintenance of control boxes. Our goal here is always to reduce the workload on your technical department, minimising the risk of downtime. We provide that extra pair of 'hands' with the right knowledge and expertise.

Since 1984, we have been a full-service partner in the field of industrial electronics. That means our engineers have extensive experience, the right qualities as well as specific know-how.

By addressing issues that have been left undone for too long or for which staff have no time, we can significantly reduce the risk of downtime. We can do this remotely as well as on-site, depending on the issue. We take a broad view, contribute our ideas and are proactive. We work together with you to determine the right approach.
