As of April 24, 2020, Contell Asset Support has been acquired by UNIS Group. Contell specializes in the repair, testing and maintenance of (older) Honeywell PLC controlled climate systems, which are present in hospitals, hotels and airports, among others.

This acquisition allows UNIS Group to further broaden its services. Contell mainly focuses on the Dutch market. UNIS Group operates internationally and can now offer Contell services worldwide. In addition, UNIS Group can further expand its on-site services, thanks to Contell’s central location in Almere. A second office in the Netherlands means that UNIS Group is closer to its customers in the center and south of the country. It also offers a new environment for attracting (technical) personnel.
